Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products
We are pleased to offer free and hassle-free replacements for any item that arrives damaged or is mistakenly delivered. The original product must be returned to initiate the replacement process.
> Important: To verify the issue, we require a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This is essential for processing any return or replacement. Without this video, we regret that we will be unable to honor the request.

Mention the condition on the delivery remarks form (e.g., “Box tampered”)
Share photos and a description of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product

Return Eligibility & Shipping Charges
Returns are applicable on all non-custom products, subject to inspection.
Handmade or customized items can only be returned if damaged or incorrect.
In case of voluntary returns (not related to damage), return shipping charges will apply and vary based on product size.
